Vincent Garcia and his wife Adeline realised a dream with their restaurant, which opened in March 2010. PASTIS, small but fine, is their idea of what a restaurant should be: a classic brasserie spirit with high-quality French cuisine that revisits its great classics.

When setting up our restaurant...

It is very important to us to preserve the old charm of the premises. So we have deliberately combined classic with modern style elements. Not too thickly applied, but discreetly and harmoniously arranged - just like our dishes.
